Question Browser question
When developing web pages there are standard checks for various browsers. Most check for just IE and Netscape (Mozilla?). Does anyone know which browser the ATT Yahoo Browser is based on? In other words, is it just IE with an ATT front end? I need to know because I have to include the code to check for various browsers and I don't know which category the ATT Yahoo browser used with a DSL connection fits in to.

Thanks,

V. Ingram

I have no idea, I didn't even know Yahoo had their own browser.

When I check pages, I check them in IE7, Firefox, Opera, and Safari.

Yeah, the AT&T Yahoo! browser is just IE7 with some modifications.

Microsoft even has an SDK so you can modify your own version of IE7.

Most serverside launguages have a useragent variable you can check.

Why are you doing browser detection?
