Does anyone know how to set up a form on a website, where a user inputs there email address and is automatically added to the Address book of the client?

I am not sure if that makes sense, let me rephrase it.

I want a user to enter their email address into a PHP form, then be automatically added to a list of email addresses that a weekly newsletter is sent to.


Any outside tutorials would be greatly appreciated
