Question Solved: creating web pages in photoshop
I have a couple of questions about creating web pages with Photoshop Cs2. After having saved my page as a psd file, should I flatten the page before slicing? And when editing the slice-adding text, an image etc. Can I safely add a script as I would text in the slice select field that allows the viewer to be taken elsewhere, or creates a function. It doesn't appear, during the page creation, but does in the web preview.

Unless you have business reasons for using an image as a web page, I would not do it. An image eliminates most of the features that search engines need to classify and rank web pages. Sorry I can't answer your questions on psd files.
