How to view web pages offine?
Okay is there any way the webmaster of this web site has a option to save the pages has a static page for when offline?

That say I have no internet conection but can read the static pages I have saved? This would be good to have has I don't have time to be on the internet all the time but can read my posts or any static pages I have saved.

For internet explorer 6,you can click add to favorites
and save it for offline viewing.
This is missing from internet explorer 7,so you
will probably have to click file on the menu, click save as
and save the page somewhere on your computer.

If you want to save all web site pages, get HTTrack: http://www.httrack.com/ (free)

If you clear the cache through internet explorer,it will give you the option
to delete all offline content.
Don't select that and the pages should stay.

Besides HTTrack, there is Teleport, Offline Explorer, offline downloaders, site leechers, BackStreet Browser (no relation, LOL)), Getleft, Webaroo, Web the Ripper, and many more will download sites or parts of sites to your machine for offline viewing.
