To make you site 'fluid' use percentages for width.

I'm not sure how this is done (or if it can be) in Word/Publisher, if you've used these to design your site (based on the source code for your site).

Use width: 100%; in your CSS, or if you don't specify a width it should automatically adjust.

I'm a complete web design newbie. I have the following programs:

Designed in Microsoft Publisher 2007
PSPad
NVu

Is there a magic html tag to set the whole page to 100%

Use Nvu, as it's meant to be an html editor.

All the widths you want are in your html document.

e.g:
<div style='position:absolute;width:7.-71in;height:6.-790in'>

you have to change the widths to say
<div style='position:absolute;width:30%;height:6.-790in'>
or however wide you want it.

Hi Guys, You can resize the window very easily by inserting this code in to the head element of your page.
<script>
window.resizeTo(width,height);
</script>
You can replace the width and height in pixels also.
