Collaborative Web Software
I know the title is a bit vague, but here's in essence what I need. I have a webserver at my house that I use for collaborative projects and personal file sharing. What I want to know is, besides a forum and a live chat server (already installed), is there any software that anybody would recommend for this sort of thing? Possibly some sort of online whiteboard software, a shared file storage system that's easier to use than posting on the forum, etc. It needs to run under Apache, MySQL, and PHP5. If it has a login, I'd prefer that it links to phpBB3 forum accounts (as my chat server does already.) Any suggestions are welcome!

Perhaps something like egroupware?

Here's some other collaborative/groupware apps:

A Wiki comes to mind. Between that and forums it does not get any easier.

mediawiki is a good one: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Download

I looked at eGroupware but it was far more complex than I needed. I think I'll probably stick with what I have. My only question is: what exactly is the practical use of a Wiki? It kind of seems like an overglorified forum to me...
