Contact Form Design Question
I have recently been renovating our company website and I have designed a form which will allow for any users to contact our company via an email form.

We have a section for the Email Address in which it is being sent from, as well as the person's name that is sending the E-mail and finally, the Message itself.

I have all these fields setup and I am just trying to find out what I need to do for all this information to be sent to a provided email address once the submit button has been hit.

Example Form:

Email Address: john@microsoft.com
Confirm Email Address: john@microsoft.com
Name: John Doe
Business/Agency: Microsoft Sales Department
Message Description: Hello, This is John from the Microsoft Sales Department.

Once the submit button has been hit I want the form to be sent to bill@microsoft.com

Here is a screenshot of the layout to give you a better idea.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I would use a server-side form processing script, like FormMail. I tend to recommend FormMail a lot around here but I think it's a great script that has a LOT of functionality and it's free.

You can configure FormMail to format the e-mail message just about any way you want and have it send the form data to as many e-mail addresses as you configure.

You can search this forum for "FormMail" for previous FormMail discussion.

EDIT: If you like, I can provide you with links to sites where I've deployed FormMail.

Peace...

That would be great if you could show me some examples of what it has done for other websites.

I'm trying to get a whole bunch of options, of course I would hope that this FormMail would allow me to use my current template or something very similar for the design of the form that I have.

If you're interested in using FormMail for your form, we can work through it here. First, download FormMail and read through the configuration documentation on the TecTite website.

Peace...
