Could it be a permissions issue on the server perhaps?

Did you write this script yourself or did you download one?

Peace...

i used php4tools which writes the script for the form that you've designed.

I would check the permissions of the "uploads" directory on the server to make sure they allow you to write to it. Those two messages mean the specified JPEG file couldn't be found or accessed.

Is it working now? Was it a permissions issue?

Peace...
