Help with mysql
I am having trouble installing Mihalism Multi Host on my website. Please visit imagebeast.net >> try and upload something >> click on the link on the next page to install it >> click continue.

When I get to the form I fill it in but I always get an error:

Time Encountered: July 17, 2008, 6:38:14 am
IP Address: 89.241.123.201
Error: Access denied for user 'machugh7'@'gator502.hostgator.com' (using password: YES)
Error Number: 1045
Query Executed: No Query Executed

Anyone who has the slightest idea where I am going wrong please post a reply.

BTW: My mysql database name is machugh7_mmh4x and the mysql host I enter is imagebeast.net (I don't know if that is what I should put in but it is the only host I can think of).

well from the error that you gave us...it means that machugh07 @ gator502.hostgator.com does not have access the specified DB in MySQL. Your gonna need to add a grant statement to allow access.

If you are uploading something then I assume it is a write permission issue on mysql.

I gave my user all the priviliges and it still isn't working. Should I set my host to localhost?
