Solved: Redirect URL...........
OK I need to know if I can redirect a URL ....

I have a URL paintedponychat.com (not associated with my main web site as of yet) that I want to redirect toward a board that I have http://trailofpaintedpony.proboards85.com. The frist URL is much easier to remember then the second one. My main site http://lotsofworkranch.com/ is hosted by http://www.bluehost.com. I do not want to make a web page for it I just want it to redirect to the board page.....

Question is...Can I do that? How do I do that

Thank you in advance

That is simple and can be done in two easy ways.

.htaccess can be done by adding:

Redirect 301 /PATH_TO_REDIRECT http://trailofpaintedpony.proboards85.com
(my main site redirect is a little rusty compared to subdomain, I will get back to you should you have .htaccess since it is the preferred method to redirect)

or if you do not have access to that, you can do meta redirect

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="X;url=http://trailofpaintedpony.proboards85.com.">

Where "X" is a number in seconds before the page "refreshes".

okay, I guess it was correct...

redirect 301 / http://trailofpaintedpony.proboards85.com

Should redirect the entire page.
