Changed it back
I had to change the comment page back to the original (I don't like it).
My ISP Provider said the following:

Thank you for contacting WOW! my name is Josh.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing, but unfortunately the servers running our customer webspace currently only support HTML, DHTML, and JAVA Script. That being said, at this time for our free web space has no plans of supporting other languages such as PHP, ASP, or C++.

Again I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing in the setup of your webspace.

Respectfully,

Josh - WDU

I need an HTML that will do the same, to create an e-mail form, since I
can't use PHP.

Free space tends to be very limited.
Godaddy has excellent, full featured plans under $100.00 a year.
That said, just include an email link, and say, "Please include the following info:
Name, rank, serial no. etc."

I have been using FastStone Photo Resizer 2.8 which is a freeware program to resize my photos for web sites. Works quite well and the photos load fast.

Bluehost has some great deals on web hosting for under $100 a year, plus plenty of features.

as long as were plugging our favs...

i enjoy 1and1 internet inc. i've used them for maybe 5 years now.

i'm sure there are others just as great or maybe better. one in particular that got my attention was JustHost.com. because they seemed to offer everything from 1and1's higher lvl packages but for the price of 1and1's lower lvl packages.

btw, i found this site does suposedly optimises images for you. i dont' know how well it does it or how, but maybe worth a try.

Fast Stone Resizer 2.8
I tried that software, but it didn't help me out.
I used my resizer program, and got the jpegs down to 11 kb each.
The home page still loads slow. I suspect the templates might be in
png, because I can see some png files being uploaded.
Any other tricks on getting the index.html to load faster?

Thanks
