Error 404 page
I noticed a few websites instead of having a web server error message they have designed their own error page. I know how to make HTML pages perfectly but how would I make a page that comes up whenever you get a 404? I am using IIS (Window's built-in Web Server), I know it's "crap" but I like it.

If you are able to create your own .htaccess files, then it's pretty easy to create a custom 404 page. You can find a tutorial and more info here. .)
