How Can I Buy A Website Safely ?
I Sent an email to the owner of a website & we have been negoating terms for a sale, if we wind up agreeing on a price, what is the safest way for me to do this ?

also is buying a website from a private seller like this create security issues, like do you think he would be able to hack back or regain site control ?

any help would be great, i hope my questions make sense and are legitimate enough

Why would you want to buy a website when there are a lot of free websites out there. In terms of hacking or other security questions, you need a technical guy.

So do you want to buy the site (content, images, etc.) or just the domain name?
