Google Site Map Generator
I'm trying to create an XML site map for my website and I've gone as far to learn that I need this http://code.google.com/p/googlesitemapgenerator/ Google Site Map Generator, I downloaded it and it said I needed IIS 5.0+ so I tried that and I don't have a compatible O.S. so I'm not sure what I need to do know.

Do I have to go through all of this just to create a proper site map for Google Webmasters? I'm still not entirely sure what I have to be submitted for a proper "site map".

Sorry for the bad link,I fixed it.
On the right, once logged in to webmaster tools, click
add a site.
On that page click site maps.
The information is on that page in different links.
