Web Page Positioning -
I hope I can explain this so it can be understood. I know how to code a hyperlink so it opens the page that is to opens the page height, width, left, right and other options.

But what I need to do is have the page that will open do the positioning - see code below that I have used and works in I.E. browsers but not FireFox or Vista OSs or more likely the IE 8 browser is what causes it NOT to work.

<body bgcolor=white text=black onLoad="resizeTo(755,530); moveTo(130,96);">

So anyway, I want to page that the hyperlink lands at to do the positioning.

Any other ways I can code this that you can think of?

Do you want the link to open in a new window?

If so try this code with the size, other options and url.html adjusted to suit

Code:
<a href="#"onclick="window.open('url.html','new','toolbar=no, location=no, directories=no, status=no, menubar=no, scrollbars=yes, resizable=no, copyhistory=yes, width=785, height=500')"><u>here</u></a>
