This may not go here, so feel free to move it to the best place.
How would you go about setting up a place on a website where people can log in and chat with a person and see them via webcam? We are talking about reps in different locations being able to log in and talk and see the manager. Can this be done with any software out there?
Thanks in advance for any responses. I hope I explained it well.

Most screen sharing program allow you to hook a webcam, microphone and share documents live with just a simple plugin from your favorite web browser. Try webex, or just google "screen sharig" or "desktop sharing"
