Dreamweaver freebie?
Is there any program like Dream weaver that would give me a WYSIWYG editor? I have built websites by hand tons of times, but for quick easy to build sites I would like a dream weaver program, obviously Dream weaver is way out of my price range.

A couple that spring to mind are M$ free Visual Web Developer and Komposer. Or if you are prepared to pay something (less than DW) M$ Expression Web which is their replacement for Front Page.

I am also searching program which is similar to Dreamweaver but cheaper so thanks colinsp for sharing information about this.
