Red face Routing all internet browsers to a local web server as they connect?
hey,
i know this might sound a bit confusing, but i'm wondering if it's possible for people, when they connect to a wireless router, when they try to browse the web, it sends them to a local web server first? e.g some airports, McDonald's, and other free wifi hotspots.

is this possible on a consumer level?

thanks in advance.
