I really have no clue about Javascript. What I am trying to do is get this up and running asap.

Below is what I am looking to have done it.

- Change shipping rates within PA to be $5.00 from a subtotal price of 15.00 to 47.00.
- Add a feature for it to say, you have X amount more to spend to get free shipping.
- Remove the size and weight parts of the shopping cart when you click view cart
- Have the images from my site shown when you click view cart

I have attached the nopercart.js file which is the main heart of the program. I really hope someone can assist me in this.

If someone can get this all up and running perfectly shortly I will be more than willing to donate money to them for their assistance.
