I'm looking for an off-site solution for backing up the MySQL database on our dedicated server.

The server comes with FTP Backup, but you either restore everything or nothing.

I'm looking for a solution where I can backup off-site using a cron-job from the server in the A.M.

And where I can access those backups, and restore individual tables, at will.

I can find lots of MySQL backup solutions on the Net, but not running from the server, and especially not able to locate and restore individual tables.

Any help would be appreciated!
