If you had visited the website prior to the DNS propagating (DNS changing) then your computer has most likely cached the DNS settings and you'll need to clear web browser settings and Windows DNS.
In order to clear the Windows DNS:
1. Go to the
Start menu and then
Run (alternatively, press Windows Key + R)
2. Type
cmd and press ENTER
3. In the command prompt type
ipconfig /flushdns
4. Close the Command prompt and if you have cleared the cache on your browser, (If not do that now)
5. Restart your computer.
The website should now be accessible then try changing your DNS settings to
Google DNS - http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/ and how to change your DNS settings
here - http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using.html#setup.
After changing your DNS follow the steps above.
