Win 7, 4 gig ram, dell notebook

about a year ago outlook keeps crashing. Have to ctrl alt delete, end task and then restart it to work. Every few times it has to check the folders for errors. Crashes 10 tiems a day, also videos on websites crashes it and have to restart explorer. You also loose sounds all works fine until it crashes. Rebooting computer entirely brings all back until it happens again.
