The last week or two I've been getting some strange graphical artifacts. Here's a couple samples:

It's definitely related to Outlook (2007) because when I close Outlook they go away. They change around, but are always things like the name of a folder, subfolder, Send/Receive, etc. When I started writing this, it was Send/Receive artifacts, then went to some subfolder names. I've had as many as half dozen artifacts. While writing this, it changed again to View Ruler. No rhyme or reason to it. What's going on and how do I stop it?
