Solved: Adobe Flash doesn't work in Firefox.
So today I installed the newest version of the Flash Player. I have enabled automatic updates so all I did was confirm the install. Suddenly I can't watch videos or do anything involving Flash on Firefox. It works fine in IE. I went to the update website to try and reinstall it. However, the page now displays this message:

>Note:Flash Player does not support 64-bit versions of Windows XP and Vista. Flash Player 11 now includes support for Windows 7 64-bit.

Is this something new? I've had this laptop, running 64-bit Windows, for several years and I haven't had an issue, so I'm assuming it is. What can I do? I don't want to be forced to use IE.

Someone recommended running Firefox in 32-bit. Would that possibly help, and if so how do I do this? Again, I run Windows Vista 64-bit.

What eventually worked was to uninstall the Flash Player and reinstall the 32-bit version. Thanks for your help!

I too came across the same problem this weekend. Most youtube videos and certain ads on some websites werent showing. I uninstalled Adobe and re-installed Adobe 10, and later Adobe 32-bit. Neither worked. When I went to Youtube, it tells me 'You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video." And when I click it on, it give me.........Adobe 11.3.300.257....the flash player causing all the problems. Help with another solution?......
