Exchange 2007 outlook provider expr not found? Hi,
We've been having problems with pc's automatically being set to use Outlook anywhere on clients pc's regardless as to where they are situated (site wise).
I think this may be because of autodiscover. Google seems to think this fella is the one setting it..
I've found this page: http://ilantz.com/2009/06/18/prevent...-autodiscover/
and http://www.mysysadmintips.com/server...orrect-details
which says that typing Code: Get-outlookprovider –identity EXPR | remove-outlookprovider will stop clients pc's from automatically trying to connect via outlook anywhere.
However, when i log into the EMS and type the above command i get the following message: Code: Get-OutlookProvider : The operation could not be performed because object 'EXPR' could not be found on domain controller 'blah.domain.local'.
At line:1 Char20 Is there a command I can type to work out what the outlookprovider is called? - I'm not actually sure what EXPR actually is btw (Exchange noob )
Any help would be gratefully received!
Thanks
