Strange Wi Fi Slowing Issue
I am using an HP Pavilion dm4 laptop, CoreI5 processor, Windows 7 - my issue is the first time I log onto a given Wi Fi network, web pages fly , but the next day, and subsequent days, the connection runs ever more slowly until it 'attains' dial up speeds - esp. at FedEx Office - Kinkos.

Run AV, malware bytes, BelArc et al, no issues with overall system performance, the connection issue is maddening ! Anyone have any ideas
