Internet issues -cnat load videos
Hi there

I am having a problem with my internet. I cant seem to fully load any online video. The load/buffering will always stop midway. also websites will sometime not load on their first go. Im not too sure if this is an internet or browser issue. Tho this problem still exist on 2 of my computers trying both chrome and IE. Im using both on wireless connections.

Could this be a problem the provider or my settings or wifi? if it is the providers fault could I get some help on what to discuss with them next time i call?

they told me to do a speedtest (not sure if it will help)
but the results were:
DL: 9.67mbps
UP:0.67mbps
Ping: 54ms

Cheers
Maurice

The problem still exist. I have tried my other computer also having the same issue.

Could it have any thing to do with my wireless settings? (although I didnt make any changes before noticing the problem.
