Question How to zip yahoo mail recordings
Hi friends,
recently I lost $US 10 000.- bought and never received, I'm sending a claim, but I need to send all recordings about the process, several months I had conversations via e-mails inside my yahoo Mail account , Alibaba.com only receives one zipped file with the conversations inside. Question is : How to put that conversations inside the zipped file.
A friend told me I need to transform first to Word, but I don't know how to start.
Thanks

Why are you zipping the conversations?

You could Forward the email messages to them.

They give me just the option "zip conversations", I tried send other ways, but link doesn't work.

I still don't understand. What conversations? What format? Are they live chat recordings?

If they are live recordings, you may run into issues.....if they are emails, all you need to do is forward them, as Phantom stated.
