Help! Missing disappearing emails!!

Help! A box popped up that said something about windows email then left along with the box it took all of my emails from 3 accounts. I have 6 emails fleft or one account which I had about 200. I don't have any in inbox, drafts, sent or any other place. I am so scared I got hacked however I have security essentials & RegCure Pro. I use Windows Live Mail with Windows Vista. Is there anything I can do? I'm really freaking here. One account is my business acccount for which I have nothing. I would really appreciate someone's help in this matter.
