Solved: Gmail failure with Chrome
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2
OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 3, 32 bit
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+, x86 Family 15 Model 67 Stepping 2
Processor Count: 2
RAM: 2046 Mb
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GS, 256 Mb
Hard Drives: C: Total - 38154 MB, Free - 21967 MB;
Motherboard: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD, MS-7312
Antivirus: AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2012, Updated: Yes, On-Demand Scanner: Enabled

Using Chrome as my browser, an event occurred after I attemted to zoom out using cntl+shift+plus. I may have struck that combination while gmail was loading and not completed. The result was that none of my gmail folders loaded: no inbox, sent, etc.

I closed Chrome and opened IE8. I went to gmail.com in IE8. The site loaded without a problem. All of my email folders loaded without trouble, luckily!

What went wrong with Chrome that is could not load another Google product?

I deleted, then re-installed Chrome. After re-installation, my gmail loading was OK.
