 BTInternet.com A friend is having a problem when he tries to send email from his BTInternet.com account.
When he puts the first letter of the addressee into the appropriate box hundreds of option come up even although he doesn't know many of them.
For instance when he starts the address with an R the following are a couple examples of what appear. re -91780-eee3-4405-base-aef13bd6912f@mailer.3slive.com or re-1224-pgk3-5ar3lh-bz8xf@e.shoponline.ikea.co.uk. He has used neither. He has tried to delete them but he cannot as they do not appear in his normal contact (address) list. Has anyone else had this problem and can you suggest how to get the lists down to reasonable sizes as he is finding it time consuming to use those he really wants!! Many thanks for any help SSS |
