MSN Messenger
Is there any way someone can discover my password for msn messenger, because I think my stepdaughters some how got into my hotmail. Is it contained in a cookie or in temp internet files maybe. One of them did download several msn messenger thing, but she explained to me that I have to sign out on the msn web page and not just on the icon.

yes, it is possible. i will not explain how for obvious reasons, i do recommend that you change your password, and set up a user account for her, so she has her own logon on the PC

hmmmm....i just figured...when u use msn explorer AND messenger and u just exit via the icon with the little guys and the butterfly icon is still on, u can sign in again in messenger by just double clicking the messengers icon on the explorer page

If you are using IE explorer to read your email and you exit via
the upper right hand X only your acct. stays logged in for 2 hours.
and yes it is possible for someone to access your acct durning that time frame if they so wanted.
It is always good practice to "sign out" of each opened window
even if you have already signed out from the messenger service.

Change your password on a regular bases (once a week) and if
someone is still getting into your email acct. then contact MSN and
they will provide you with more help.

when you are done using your msn service clear your history trial, that way you can check to see if your acct has been accessed again afterwards.
(unless they do likewise )
