You appear to have a new spyware

R3 - URLSearchHook: MailTo Class - {0FA33B6C-71BC-69D3-DB7A-472A4D6F3452} - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\mswsc10.dll

please send a copy of C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\mswsc10.dll to: suspectfiles@oneknight.co.uk

and also upload a copy to http://www.lavahelp.com/submit/

so it can be examined and checked

I think it's a new CWS infection method
then
run hijackthis, tick all below, doublecheck to make sure you haven't missed any, close all browser windows & press fix checked

R3 - URLSearchHook: MailTo Class - {0FA33B6C-71BC-69D3-DB7A-472A4D6F3452} - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\mswsc10.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MSNSysRestore] C:\WINDOWS\System32\pc32.exe bg
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O19 - User stylesheet: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\readme.txt
then
reboot & delete
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\mswsc10.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\pc32.exe<<<<<<<<<this is a virus>>>>>>
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\readme.txt

then Run an online antivirus check from at least one and preferably 2 of the following sites
http://security.symantec.com/default.asp?
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/
http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/

to send to me just make a new email in OE and press attach, a litle box pops up with attach, in the drop down at the top, click on drive c: then navigate to the file

to send to adaware/lavahelp then go to that link, press browse and navigate to that file then press upload

make sure that you have all files set to show by opening explorer /tools/folder options/view and make sure that show hidden files & folders is ticked and hide protected operating system files is UNticked

OK
just right click and copy this line

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\mswsc10.dll

then click on the link I gave you to my email address, a new email will open, press attach then in the box that says file name right click again & select paste

then press attach, that should put it into an email to send to me.

Don't worry about lavahelp for the moment, I will send it on to them

probably the easiest way is to download the google toolbar and use that

http://toolbar.google.com/

also contains a good pop mup stopper
