Can't type reply or compose on Yahoo
I'm a new subscriber to Yahoo! email. I am receiving messages, but when I try to reply to a message or compose a new message, the screen doesn't show my typing. I get to Yahoo via Juno Platinum service. Has anyone else had this kind of problem? Could it be that Juno and Yahoo are incompatible? Is there a tech support number for Yahoo mail?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

sandy,

I'm having the same exact problem, but I notice no one has responded to your posting. Have you found a solution elsewhere?

Hi Pat,
No, I haven't heard from anyone else. I feel quite frustrated and helpless at this point.

Juno is owned by NetZero. Since you are on Platinum, you should have support from Juno. You would probably get better help there than you would from Yahoo. Click the Juno help button for what is available.

If you want to phone them, NetZero has the following, would assume Juno has equivalent.
In the U.S., call 1-877-912-5866. A fee of $1.95 per minute

Yahoo has a help link...on your email page, upper right corner.

It was ridiculously easy. Just need to click on "Plain" instead of "Color and Graphics" which is the mode you're in when you get connected. I guess they're trying to move folks into Yahoo Plus instead of plain old Yahoo, since Yahoo Plus costs money and the regular one is free.

BTW, Juno tech support came up with the answer.
