CAN YOU HELP EXPLAIN WHY i CANNOT TYPE?
I have a hotmail account and am receiving and reading email, the problem is when I try to reply or compose a new message. I type out the characters but they dont appear on screen. The address line and subject line is OK but the body of the message wont accept any typing. I am on windows XP.
The only recent installation is an upgrade to the top level of Norton anti virus, but how could this affect my hotmail email typing?
Any help please !!!

Do u use Internet Explorer or Netscape??
I had the same prob some time ago... It was actually some sort of virus in my comp..
All was fine when i used Netscape but when i used IE i couldnt write the text or attach files in hotmail.....

I had Norton Anti Virus installed...still it couldnt even identify the virus...
Then i switced to Mcafe which worked.
