Prodigy Mexico mail -- can I use Outlook Express?
Hi, I use Outlook Express to read my hotmail. I also have a Prodigy Mexico account (I use this to access the internet when in my Mexico home). Can I set that up in Outlook too? I put the correct pop and SMTP info in but when I look at the available accounts it doesn't appear.

Prodigy uses
as the email address

Thank you.

Hi Tapdancesj

Welcome to Tech Support Guy Forums!

Outlook Express should be able to access the Prodigy account.

Is Prodigy your ISP?

In Outlook Express,
Tools > Accounts > Mail tab
How many accounts do you see listed?

To add a new account,
Tools > Accounts > New > Mail
The window that appears will use the information from your first account, change it as necessary.

Let us know if this is successful, or if you need additional help.
