Solved: IE window scroll bar gone and contents pushed to left
Someone wanted to use my pc and didn't want to scroll left and right.
So they did something to the display and now everything in an IE window is pushed to the left side of the screen. the right side shows only a blank white area.

You can see the entire page now without scrolling, but I want to put it back. The print is way too small now.

How do I do this?

It sounds like the screen resolution was changed. It's easy enough to change back.

Right click on an empty space on the Desktop, left click Properties.

Go to the Settings tab and move the "Screen Resolution" slider to the left, to 800 X 600. Click OK.

The screen will go black briefly and then come back on with the new setting. It'll ask if you want to keep that setting, click OK (or Yes, can't remember).

If you don't like the new resolution, you can always go back into Display Properties>Settings tab and change it again.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that isn't the problem. It is only in Internet Explorer windows, not Word, or anything else. Something got changed within IE and I just can't seem to figure it out.

Ie
You could try opening IE

click on tools/ internet options/ advanced tab

then click restore defaults

see if that helps
