Question problems printing & viewing help in Outlook Express
I can receive and view all emails in Outlook Express just fine, but when I go to print and preview them, they show up as code (html code? header code?). Likewise, when I open up Help all of the topics appear in code or gibberish. Have tried uninstalling OE and reinstalling, but didn't solve the problem. Does anyone know what the source of the problem is and how it can be fixed? In all the years of using OE I've never seen this problem before. I am running on Windows XP.

I just discovered that Internet Explorer has the same issue when I try to print a webpage (most of the time I use Firefox, so hadn't realized IE was also affected).

If you are using IE7 go to 'Tools'>>'Internet Options'>>'Advanced' tab. (or right click on the IE7 desktop icon and select 'Properties')

Click on the 'Reset' button.

I had a similar problem with and the reset took care of it for me.

Hope it works for you.

Reloading IE 7 ended up solving the problem before I saw your reply. I will check out your instructions too though. Thanks much.
