It looks as though emails go through fine (it is in my sent items folder) but the recipient never actually receives it?

There is two email accounts and only 1 of them is receiving mail but the rest are not with te same settings.

When I try to send emails they go from the outbox into the sent box but are not sent?? There are no error messages at all. The account has worked fine for ages with the same details?

I have contacted the clients service provider and they asked for the Info needed about user names, password, POP server etc but why would this happen

Any suggestions?

Are the accounts in the same Identity or is each account set up in it's own Identity?
Does the mail from both accounts come in to one Inbox?
Also, are both accounts not sending?
