You may be able to find your answer under the 'Help' menu in whatever email client(s) you are using. Searching the web is another good source of information sometimes. You can probably get specific help for that question right here--if you post the email client (Netscape? Thunderbird? Outlook? Windows Mail? OE? webmail? etc.) at the office and at home, whether you want to do this once or frequently, and assurances that you are not illegally stealing company information.
