"How can I transfer all my email address list from office onto home computer,"

You may be able to find your answer under the 'Help' menu in whatever email client(s) you are using. Searching the web is another good source of information sometimes. You can probably get specific help for that question right here--if you post the email client (Netscape? Thunderbird? Outlook? Windows Mail? OE? webmail? etc.) at the office and at home, whether you want to do this once or frequently, and assurances that you are not illegally stealing company information.

".............and lots more"

You may be able to find good information under the 'Help' menu in whatever email client(s) you are using. Searching the web is another good source of information sometimes. But if you search for "Email tutorial" don't try to read all 5 million pages! The search terms you use, or questions here, need to take into account whether you are looking for, say, general etiquette guidelines or information on a specific email client or service.
