Question Internet loads only half the time... Help?
Hi. So, for the longest time now, my internet has just been craptacular. Browsing images with thumbnails, only half of the thumbs will load. Browsing the internet in general, a page will only load about 50% of the time. If I click refresh a million times, it will load eventually, but it takes forever. My internet itself is fast.... Videos load fine, when a picture actually does load, it doesn't take long at all..... It seems kind like each thing I have to load is like a hill or bump.... its very very hard for my internet to get over that bump, but once it does, its all smooth sailing. This is a problem I've been having with my mac ever since I first installed firefox onto it.
Thats one thing I was wondering. How compatible is imac with firefox? It came with safari, but I hated it instantly and got firefox instead.
Anyways, my friends and I are all connected to the same network... and their internet loads just fine, and they are both on windows. So I know its not my network connection.... its starting to become really annoying, does anyone have any advice?

My OS is Mac OS X version 10.4.11
