Windows Mail Error
Help! I cannot access my email account via Windows Mail. I've followed the right setup instructions and all settings seem in order. I have received and sent through this account on one wireless network but have failed on the following three, including my office.

I get the following error when i try to connect:

Account: 'justinholle.com', Server: 'justinholle.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

How can I fix this? It seems either a setting or security setting?
