Comcast VS Incredimail
HELLLLLLP. My sister and I have both used Incredimail...and yes we love it......and now her ISP Comcast has blocked it and won't tell her why. I'm still using Directv and having no problem. We've tried the port number switching but either aren't doing it right or don't have the right numbers. If anyone out there can help, we'd sure appreciate it.

Comcast have step by step setup for Incredimail here

So I don't see why you say they have blocked it unless her PC is infected and has been sending spam without her knowledge.

Personally I would not have incredimail at any price, as its emails are so often identified as spam by ISP's due to the over-use of HTML for all the eye candy...

Try running a virus scanner in case there is spyware that's sending spam (you probably wouldn't notice at all if there is).

I don't want to deviate from the purpose of this thread but I thought I'd say I totally agree - it's a baad program to have. I'm still trying to undo all the things it did to my PC when I installed it (and then uninstalled it).
