Outlook contacts
I have just installed outlook 2003 on my computer, I have all of my contacts recovered. when I click on contacts, they are there. But when I open a new email and click on CC the contacts page opens and there is nothing there. How can I get them back to where they are suppose to be.

Hi mhmfasy

Welcome to Tech Support Guy Forums!

In Outlook 2003:
Go > Folder List

Right click on the Contacts folder containing your contacts:
Properties > Outlook Address Book tab
Place a check mark in: Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book
Apply, OK to save and close.

Open a new message and press the To: button, your Contacts should appear.

Let us know if that works for you or not.

Hi trurabs

Open the Address Book and verify the Contacts list appears in the drop down list of the Address Book.

Still in the Address Book, click Tools > Options, look in the bottom pane of the window that appears and verify the Contacts list appears there, as well.
If it is not showing, click the Add button and select it from the list.
