Outlook 2007 will not delete

Please someone tell me how to stop this. I will want to forward an email, it sends but it will not delete after it sends and it will keep on sending out the same one for a long time. All of them have had attachments but I do not know if that matters.

Not really sure what you are asking. Outlook doesn't "delete" email unless you ask it to and attachments depending on the size can take a long time. How big are they and what is your internet connection i.e. dialup or broadband?
