Microsoft Outlook 2007: Error 623 message. Help plz Hi,
After hitting the close button on Microsoft Outlook 2007 on my Win XP I keep getting the error message:
"Network Connections. Cannot load dialog. Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection. 0 of 2 tasks have completed successfully".
Cannot send or receive emails to this user account.
This error message doesn't happen on main user account only on one other user account. This has only started to happen since we had a major blackout and all computers went down on the network. This user account was open at the time of the blackout.
Have checked Internet Properties > Connections > Never dial a connection is checked as we have a Wireless Broadband Modem.
Any suggestions on how to fix problem would be greatly appreciated. |
