Can not save/access Outlook Event
I have MS Outlook 2003. Out of blue, it stopped allowing me to save new event or access the details of old events as if Outlook simply "locked" me out. All I can do is to SEE everything but not able to DO anything with it.

Any idea what could be the cause? and most importantly how to solve this?

I tried the following in vain:
start OUtlook
Detect and Repair
