You make it look so easy...

I recall every step you've walked me through, but when you only do it once every few years or so the memories fade quickly. I'll definitely keep your post email in my 'Tips' folder for the future.

I'm good to go with Distribution Lists, as far as I know. I've got a number of them set up. The biggest hassle I had, other then messing up the setup, is in needing to keep my personal list separate from my business list. I only really need to do it because I don't remember all the names I've got listed, so if I've at least got them separated I can link them mentally if I haven't added enough detail to their address card.
