I have been using hotmail for well over a year. Yesterday, I was unable to access my account. I tried every way possible to retrieve my password which must have been changed without my knowing about it. I used the alternative e-mail and the location and secret question methods. Now it tells me that it has been blocked because I have made too many errors. I have valuable business information stored as well as a number of important contacts. I am completely baffled and could really use some help. Thanks for listening. My OS is Vista.
